This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the manner in which Reels AI Inc Co. Ltd. operating the Reels AI service ("Reels AI", "we," or "us") and our websites https://www.reels-ai.com (the "Site"), as well as all related websites, networks, applications, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Policy is displayed (collectively, together with the Site, our "Service") collect, use, disclose and otherwise process Personal Information. · Collection

We collect information from you when you use our services, including photos and videos. We also collect information about the way our users spend time on the app. You may upload photos or videos containing your facial data, but we will not collect your facial data.

- We analyze your photos or videos. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.

- the complete process is:

(1) You submit the selected photo or video to our server in an encrypted way;

(2) The server analyzes the photo or video, and applies it to the template you choose;

(3) After the generation is completed, the server returns the final picture or video to you through the application;

(4) The final picture or video will be temporarily stored in encrypted storage and will be permanently deleted after a certain period of time. After the generation process is complete, we will delete the photo or video you submitted to the server immediately.

We will not share your face data with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit, and the photos or videos you upload will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

· Use

Our use of this data is limited to the exclusive purpose of improving our services for our users. For example, the facial feature data we collect is vital for the generation of the final Reels AI animation. App usage data is used for the exclusive purpose of better understanding the manner in which users spend time in the Reels AI app, so that we may improve our app experience.

2. Disclosure & Sharing

We will not share your face data, photo, or video with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit, and the photos or videos you upload will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

Reels AI does not control third-party platforms, websites, or online services, and Reels AI is not responsible for its actions. These platforms, websites, and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. Reels AI encourages you to read the privacy policies of these platforms, websites, and online services to find out more about how your usage data may be used by these vendors.

3. Retention

We analyze your photos or videos. We do not collect facial data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.

Your data will be stored by Reels AI no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed.

That is why,

- your facial feature data is stored on the Reels AI only for the purpose of creating the photo or video, and deleted immediately after;

- anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes Reels AI has set out in this Privacy Policy.

· Security

Reels AI processes your data using computers and/or other IT enabled tools. Reels AI takes technical and organizational measures to ensure the information is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of information, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. For example, Reels AI uses verified contractors that might have access to the data as specified in Section 2 of the Privacy Policy with which the relevant data processing agreements are signed. We also guide and train our personnel to process your data securely according to our internal data protection policies.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
